Viberg Boot Manufacturing, Ltd. is seeking a line worker for the Finishing department. The Finisher will be responsible for the final polish on all our footwear and plays an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction. No experience is necessary, however some experience in related fields such as painting or polishing would be an asset.

We have an immediate need for one full-time worker for daytime shifts, Mondays through Fridays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all nails are sitting flush to the sole
- Inserting leather heel seats
- Trimming threads and removing any excess glue
- Ensuring all pairs are correctly mated
- Boxing for transport to warehouse

Must-haves:

- Solid sense of responsibility with the ability to complete work in a timely manner
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and willing to continuously improve by learning from more experienced coworkers
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors before the product leaves the factory
- High organization skills; able to maintain control of your workspace in a busy environment
- Proactive self-starter who can jump in where needed and work well even when supervisor direction is not available
- Team player who can work towards our common goal in a multicultural environment

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
