**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Comfortable working with their hands
- Willing to learn and operate a variety of machinery
- Positive, dependable, and adaptable - a true “can-do” attitude is essential

While prior experience is an asset, training will be provided. What matters most is a strong work ethic and a willingness to support different aspects of the shoemaking process.

**Key Responsibilities May Include**:

- Operating machines such as sanders and pressers
- Sole stitching, welting, attaching midsoles, heels, and outsoles
- Edge trimming, sanding, buffing, and finishing work
- Preparing component parts for assembly

**Work Environment**:
This role is based in a factory setting, requiring attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary dependent on demonstrated level of skill.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
