**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment functionality.
- Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing issues.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities.
- Lead small teams on specific projects or repairs, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management.
- Weld components as necessary for repairs or fabrication tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to work with logic controllers.
- Proficient in reading schematics and technical documentation.
- Experience with welding techniques is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage small teams effectively.
- Good customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
