Evolve Recycling is Canada's leader in tire recycling turning used tires into usable products such as multi-purpose matting, artificial sports surfaces, and other innovative products. We are currently recruiting for Skid Steer Operators with previous experience.

**Shift**:

- Straight Continental Night Shift 7:00PM - 7:00AM

**Wage**: $20.00/hr ($1 premium applied on night shift)

**Your Job**
- Unload trailers and bunkers
- Move tires from trailers and bunkers to keep production flowing
- Fill hoppers with processed rubber
- Ensure continual feed of material to hoppers to keep production going
- Keep work areas clean and free of debris
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previously experience with skid steers (snow removal, snow plow operators, snow plow, heavy equipment operators etc.)
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing facility
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Willingness to assist where needed
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
