Our Customer Service Representatives combine their knowledge of craft beer and passion for excellent customer service to serve as the primary contact for our customers.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Handling all customer service needs, ensuring customer retention, processing customer account adjustments, and recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Maintain exceptional inbound and outbound phone skill when communicating with new and existing customers.
- Provide reliable follow-through to all customers while handling a variety of issues including the creation of service tickets.
- Compiling data from sources such as purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports and writes, types, or enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.
- Work with customers to resolve any issues and answer any inquiries.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Research freight rates and coordinate deliveries with carriers
- Coordinate order fulfillment with BSG warehouse staff.
- Other duties as assigned

**Things you will need**:

- Associate's degree or six months related experience and/or training
- **Bilingual in English and French**:

- Previous account management or customer service experience
- Experience or knowledge of brewing or brewing ingredients is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required. Microsoft AX and Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Attention to detail
