**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared efficiently and meets our standards for taste and presentation. A passion for food and a commitment to food safety are essential for success in this position.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and measuring food items.
- Cook menu items according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or a similar role is required
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
