**Key Responsibilities **include but are not limited to**:
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities **include, but are not limited to the following:

- Manage the scheduling and allocation of construction equipment to job sites, ensuring the right equipment is available and operational as needed.
- Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of all equipment, ensuring timely repairs and maintenance incompliance with manufacturer guidelines and safety

regulations.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all fleet and facilities equipment, including tracking usage, condition, and location of each asset.
- Coordinate the transportation of equipment to and from job sites, working closely with the team and vendors to ensure timely delivery and return.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for equipment rentals, repairs, and purchases. Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards, and maintain detailed records of inspections, certifications, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Use software systems to manage equipment-related data, including usage logs, maintenance schedules, repair history, and costs.
- Track equipment costs and work within budget guidelines for repairs, maintenance, and acquisitions.
- Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and the procurement department to forecast equipment needs and resolve any issues related to equipment

availability or performance.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned to meet business

**Position Requirements**

**Educational and Professional Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field.
- Previous experience in equipment coordination, preferably within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction equipment and fleet management practices.
- Valid driver’s license: ability to operate construction equipment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using fleet management or inventory tracking software.
