Job description:

- Preparing daily site reports
- Preparing all safety documents and all other documents required for job site
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities and ensuring everything on-site goes accordingly to plan as much as possible
- Helping project managers to plan the work
- Resolving work problems and recommending measures to improve productivity
- Attending site management meetings
- Ordering materials, supplies and equipment
- Preparing schedules and work progress reports
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinating work activities with other departments/subcontractors/supervisors/managers
- Taking measurements and providing quantities
- Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level
- Training or arranging for the training of workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- All other duties as directed by project manager

Skills/Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand drawings and other contract documents
- Appreciate quality work and can easily spot errors
- Team Player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to nurture effective professional relationships with staff and clients
- Confidence to thrive under pressure
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to work under little supervision
- Understanding of legal responsibilities
- Basic computer skills
- Industry related education is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
