**Receptionist/Service Coordinator**

This position is being offered under our families first initiative, offering people who are care givers for their families the opportunity to work in an office environment during the day, offering flexible hours and days to allow you to prioritize your family and work at the same time.

Karlen Kada is a multi-trade service provider that safely delivers high quality life safety services, integration systems along with mechanical and electrical solutions. With over 50 years of experience in the industry we are a go to service provider for the northern Alberta region. We are looking for an inspired, motivated, and reliable person to grow with us.

**Responsibilities**
- Professional customer service.
- Answer Phones.
- Administrative support as required.
- Contact clients to schedule appointments.
- Use internal systems to create work orders and assign technicians.
- Follow up with clients to provide inspection reports and deficiency quotes.
- Process completed paperwork.

**Skills Required**:

- Good organizational skills will be needed for scheduling multiple technicians.
- Knowledge of the fire alarm and sprinkler suppression industry an asset.
- Able to communicate to clients and technicians on the phone often.
- Personable and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work on a team.
- Take directions from and help various team members.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategies.
- Experienced in Microsoft office along with standard software.

**Compensation**
- Based on experience

- 20-30hours per week.
- Flexible working hours and days to accommodate childcare and other out of work responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
