**Offered rate**:

- $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Individual requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in carpentry and construction
- A broad range of renovation experience, including: demolition, site set-out, framing, drywall work, flooring installation, exterior siding, trim and door work
- Ability to read blue prints an asset
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner when operating hand and power tools
- Team player and can take direction when required
- G license and your own vehicle
- Red seal Certificate (preferred)

**Job Requirements**:

- Assist foreman and team members with all on site construction work and daily tasks
- Work with a wide range of tools and construction materials
- Comply with local building codes and safety regulations
