**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly inspect and test equipment and machinery.
- Inspect machines to determine requirements for repairs.
- Repair or replace defective or worn parts and components.
- Troubleshoot and problem solve machine malfunctions.
- Regularly clean machines and equipment.
- Ensure machines and equipment remain in good working order by completing

regular preventative maintenance.
- Read and interpret machinery and equipment manuals.
- Assembly of pre-rolls.
- Follow maintenance policies, procedures, and any other designated company

procedures.
- Monitor and track the performance of machinery and equipment.
- Locate sources of problem by observing machines and equipment in operation.
- Availability for on-call hours as needed.
- Accept and use support as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Previous experience in a technician/mechanic role.
- Experience in cannabis production equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with some on-call hours.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn.
- Able to multitask efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour
