Job Title: Instrument Technicians (Contract) Location: Regina, Saskatchewan Start Date: Immediate / As soon as available Duration: 2–8 months (depending on project) Compensation: $35–$65 per hour (depending on experience) About the Company A Few Good Lads is Canada’s leading provider of on-demand labour and skilled trades personnel in the construction and industrial sectors. We are currently looking for experienced Instrument Technicians to join our crew for upcoming refinery projects in Regina, Saskatchewan. These roles involve start-up and commissioning work at an industrial site and offer steady hours for qualified local candidates. Key Details Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10-hour days Duration: 2–8 months, depending on project requirements Compensation: $35–$65/hour, based on experience and certification Travel or LOA may be available depending on base rate and location Regular drug screening required prior to starting and as needed on site General Duties Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems Support start-up and commissioning of refinery process equipment Read and interpret technical documents, P&IDs, and loop diagrams Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Collaborate with other trades to support project goals and timelines   Requirements Journeyperson Instrumentation Technician (Red Seal or equivalent) Minimum 3–5 years’ industrial or refinery experience preferred Strong understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and calibration practices Proven commitment to safety and teamwork Must pass pre-employment and on-site drug and alcohol testing Must be legally permitted to work in Canada Compensation & Schedule Hourly rate: $35–$65/hour (based on experience) Shift: Monday to Friday, 10-hour days Duration: 2–8 months Travel or LOA may be provided depending on circumstances How to Apply Please send your updated resume to operations@afewgoodlads.com with “Instrument Technician – Regina” in the subject line.
