As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team.

**Position Overview**:
As a Field Service Technician at H.E.P.A. Filter Services Inc., you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing H.E.P.A. filtration systems and equipment for our clients within the Greater Toronto Area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of H.E.P.A. filtration systems and equipment.
- Conduct inspections and assessments of lab equipment or HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific filtration needs and provide technical support as necessary.
- Install, replace, and upgrade H.E.P.A. filters according to industry standards and client requirements.
- Keep detailed records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, equipment status, and any repairs performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance technical expertise.

**Qualifications:

Field service experience is preferred.

Technical background with experience in servicing lab equipment or HVAC systems is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle with willingness to travel within the GTA for on-site service visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
