In this role you will provide after-sales support for Aluminum clad and fibreglass windows and doors, collaborating with our customers to provide outstanding customer experience.

**Highlights of your role**
- Provide post-sales support for our companies’ windows and doors.
- Performs and completes service requests as assigned, on products with the ability to problem solve and diagnose difficult issues in the field.
- Provides professional, timely communication with all customers and support staff.
- Assisting with helpful information on the care, operation, and maintenance of products.
- Efficient time management, route planning and service job scheduling that meets our stated service goals and the needs of our targeted customer.
- Prepare clear, concise jobsite documentation that provides insight to the inside support staff to facilitate timely resolution of all service requests.
- Manage and maintain company issued assets, i.e. trucks, tools, phone and computer/notepad.
- Meet company safety requirements by keeping work area neat and clean, following safety precautions, and utilizing required personal protective equipment, and reporting any safety issues to the manager.
- Salary Range: $65,000+ annually based on experience.

**You're a good fit if you have**
- High school diploma
- Excellent driving record and valid driver's license.
- 3-5 years of construction experience, including installation practices and window and door product knowledge.
- Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including lifting up to 90 pounds and climbing ladders and scaffolding.
- Excellent communication skills: must be able to deliver a difficult message when necessary.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to use computer programs and systems.
- Must have the ability to make sound decisions that impact the company from a financial standpoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create effective weekly work schedules.
