Position summary:
Primary responsibilities include the execution of critical strategic Supply Chain initiatives and the development of supply chain management policies, processes, procedures and Supply Chain Management principals. Leverage Supply Chain expertise for a competitive advantage with the customer by improving internal and external supply chain processes. Requires a detailed understanding of the direct and indirect interactions between Supply Chain Management and all other business units is necessary. Results driven approach and the ability to operate autonomously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate between Conagra Canada’s supply chain agenda and strategic customers.
- Drive customer scorecard improvements and look for ways to mutually increase supply chain efficiency.
- Manage, facilitate and look for continuous improvement in relation to information and data flow.
- Develop/Enhance Chain processes leveraging cost to service mindset.
- Manage inventories, requirements, and contracts to ensure management functions receive information, requirement forecasts, and data.
- Monitoring / Challenging Pro-Active resolution of logístical deductions/nuisance fees.
- Provide leadership to pull together additional resources as required to address Supply Chain opportunities.
- Provide leadership and resolution to Conagra Brands and customers on Supply Chain issues.
- Perform periodic Supply Chain business reviews with internal and external customers.
- Support Conagra Brands’ sales growth agenda for specified customer sales teams.
- Lead/facilitate demand planning activities associated with major events, transitions, new and discontinued items.

Supervision:

- Reports to Director, Supply Chain

Potential Career Progression:

- Lateral career opportunities within the supply chain function to broaden experience/skill set
- Promotional opportunities within the Supply and Operations Planning area

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

- _ Retail Link and previous experience working with Wal-Mart is strongly preferred_.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, statistics, business or other mathematically related fields.
- Typically requires 5 - 7 years Supply Chain experience (Warehousing, Transportation, Customer Service, Demand Planning). Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Ability to work with and across project teams
- Strong Customer Interface skills
- Competence in business systems and SAP highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, statistical, and organizational skills. Must be detailed oriented
- Must be self-motivated, willing to take risks, and comfortable leading the decision-making process for cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings; quickly synthesize information to help drive consensus
- Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge with thorough attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and good negotiation.
