**Overview**:

- The Food & Beverage Server position includes serving food, coffee and liquor as well as handling guest payment with our point-of-sale system in Castle Mountain Resort’s Food & Beverage outlets including: Day lodge and Basecamp and occasional events in the T-bar pub. Join our Food and Beverage team, ski and ride for free on your days off

- Greet and serve customers at the till- Use of point of sale system to provide customer service- Create espresso drinks at our specialty coffee station- Deliver drinks and food items in a friendly, efficient manner- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a service bar- Prepare and portion assorted baked goods- Stock inventory in soda fridges, and various food displays- Handle cash and cash count in till and basic cash out to CMR policy- Follow CMR manual and procedure- Clean and organize service area and refill items**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a Food & Beverage server in a fast-paced environment- Deliver friendly, appealing service- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment- Knowledge of coffee, teas, espresso is an asset- Knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and cocktails is an asset
**Where We Are**:

- Castle Mountain Resort is located at the end of Highway 774, near Pincher Creek, AB. This is a remote work location. There is a communal living Staff Accommodation building on-site for new and returning non-supervisory, seasonal employees. **Work Conditions**:

- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.- Walking and standing for extended periods.- Manual dexterity required.- Weekend, Evening and Overtime as required.-
