We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions and assisting with product inquiries. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring efficient cash handling.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Upsell and promote additional products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent communication skills.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within the shift.
- Uphold phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales and product demos is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain store appearance and inventory levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
