**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. You will play a key part in creating a positive shopping experience, assisting customers with their needs, and promoting our products through effective communication and merchandising techniques.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and processing of payments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist with technical sales inquiries to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Upsell products and services based on customer needs while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent service delivery.
- Utilize time management skills to efficiently manage tasks during busy periods while ensuring quality service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain store appearance and manage inventory effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
