**What You Need to Do to Excel**
- Create and publish high quality website and social media content to promote client seminars, services, and advisor training programs
- Distribute marketing materials directly to targeted recipients and qualified prospects
- E-communication with centres of influence and strategic partners to support client generation and brand expansion
- Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities, strengths, weaknesses, and optimization points
- Translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership
- Work closely with the top advising team to track marketing leads, monitor conversion outcomes, and encourage execution
- Coordinate internal follow ups to ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable results
- Handle administrative and coordination tasks required to keep marketing operations efficient, accurate, and compliant
