**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the construction, restoration, and renovation of buildings and other structures.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment to perform various tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Perform masonry work as needed, including laying bricks, blocks, or stones.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating equipment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of masonry techniques is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is a benefit.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to construction tasks.
