We are seeking a motivated and reliable **General Labourer** to join our production team **Monday-Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm in Windsor, Ontario**. You will play a crucial role in supporting the production and operation of our facility. This is a repetitive, physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a strong work ethic.

**What you're responsible for**:

- Shovelling steel turnings and cleaning processing chutes
- Repetitive heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time
- Sorting and segregating different types of ferrous and non ferrous materials
- Operating machinery and equipment used in the recycling process
- Inspecting, loading, and unloading of customer vehicles and trucks
- Conducting basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas

**Qualifications** To join our team**:

- You are able to work in a partially covered area with exposure to various weather conditions
- You are comfortable working in a loud, dusty, heavy industrial environment
- You are comfortable performing repetitive lifting up to 65lbs
- You have the ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- You have a willingness to learn and perform various tasks
- You have clear communication skills and are comfortable working with members of the public
- You have previous experience in a industrial, warehouse, or recycling environment
