**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring they receive exceptional service and expert advice. Your mechanical knowledge and customer service skills will be crucial in helping clients understand their vehicle needs and guiding them through the repair process.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assess customer needs by listening to their concerns and discussing vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, utilizing your automotive knowledge.
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services, ensuring transparency in pricing.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair or dealership experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly to customers.
- Basic cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Pay: From $39,065.65 per year
