Role Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager and Style Director with daily operations, leadership, and sales. You’ll inspire the team, optimize results, and ensure every client leaves with a memorable Zumel & Co experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate sales team to meet targets
- Self motivated to meet individual targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service + styling
- Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage inventory: shipments, replenishment, eCommerce orders
- Open/close store and handle cash float + deposits
- Assist with social media and clientelling
- Support operational efficiency and daily floor traffic

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years retail management (fashion preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Passion for fashion + styling, customer-first approach
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Confident with social media + digital tools
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
