**Position Overview**:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for the accurate generate, proofing, maintenance, and submission of purchase orders based on internal demand, stock replenishment, and management direction.
- Maintain accuracy while creating and verifying purchase order information including proper product costing, shipping instructions, etc.
- Interact with overseas suppliers on a day-to-day basis, negotiate the best prices and delivery, resolve changes/discrepancies and update purchase order information in systems accordingly.
- Routine purchase order review and follow-up to update the changes in the systems.
- Proactive communicate purchasing updates and execution strategies to all departments
- Work on the shipping documents with the factory/Financial Dept and assist AP with resolving supplier invoice discrepancies
- Manage any procurement activities including RFP's, RFQs, sourcing products, verifying product specifications
- Produce, maintain all reports and other administrative support as required.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business is preferred
- Minimum 1- 3 years experience in a purchasing role
- Strong follow up and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office, Outlooks, and experience with ERP System knowledge are an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
