As demand for our services and solutions continues to increase, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Manager, (GMP Quality Assurance) to join our Canadian team.

**The Role**:
This role requires a strong background in GMP; you will be responsible for all quality duties to support G&L’s growing client base, including agency and client inspections, working on Standard Operating Procedures, drafting quality agreements, product disposition etc.

**Duties include**:

- Prioritizing and completing multiple projects within the established time frames, to set budgets.
- Managing multiple client projects, ensuring strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing for, assisting in, and leading agency and client audits.
- Acting as G&L’s quality representative for clients, responding to customer queries and concerns.
- Maintaining product and client files.
- Participating in client meetings and teleconferences.
- Attending conferences as an ambassador for G&L.
- Maintaining current GMP knowledge.
- A Life Science degree (e.g. BSc, MSc).
- Typically 8-10 years of relevant experience in a quality role.
- Comprehensive experience in Quality including knowledge of current GMP/GCP in Canada, USA, Europe and around the world.
- Good knowledge of ICH, US CFR’s and Canadian legislation and regulatory guidance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational and planning skills, and effective presentation skills to a variety of audiences.
