About the Role The Quality Assurance Intern will ensure GMP compliance for production of new and ongoing radiopharmaceuticals at AtomVie Global Radiopharma, Inc. This position will act as an interface between quality and other departments to ensure that regulated activities listed below are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures. What You Will Do Maintain tracking and trending spreadsheets/databases for quality systems including legers including assigning numbers and providing the correct documentation to different departments. Author change controls and complete changes to documents including preparation of the change history. Maintaining GMP documentation by ensuring completed files are filed and archived in a timely manner Scanning documents for cloud storage or storage in our electronic quality management system. Meet on a regular basis with the Sr. QA Manager, Systems and Batch Release to provide updates on ongoing activities, track and set priorities, and address issues and problems Serve as a primary contact with minimal supervision for QA activities associated with deliverables above. Assist on project deliverables to ensure that high quality standards are met and are compliant with internal/external requirements and GMP regulations. Provide guidance and support to QA staff, ensuring the QA system and areas are maintained to AtomVie standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety for all policies, procedures and regulations applicable to their work. Experience Necessary Currently enrolled in a university or college Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of products Eager to learn and work with various departments Available to be on site 5 days/week.
