**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

**Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety guidelines.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Extras
- looking for a fulltime grill opener shifts are 7am-3pm, 5 days a week, incudes putting away the truck orders 3 times weekly. Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 50lbs.
- looking for a breakfast team member that is able to get to restaurant on their own for 530am, as there are no buses available. Shifts will vary from 530am-2pm to 830am-5pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
