**Job Summary**:
Looking to add a receptionist to our clinic family We are looking for an enthusiastic, precise, punctual, and most importantly, loyal employee who loves animals as much as we do :)
We will be offering generous pay, a very enjoyable work environment as well as extensive paid training for the job, so we are looking for quality people.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year ot experience in customer service
- Passionate about Animals and care for them
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to remain calm under busy situations
- Ability to take initiative
- Excellent Attendance and loyalty
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to Multitask and Prioritize
- Ability to speak Cantonese is an asset
- **Ability to speak Mandarin is an asset**
**Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones
- Calling clients and booking appointments
- Following up on clients and patients
- Filing, Fax, and Logs
- Insuring clients fill out appropriate forms
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
COVID-19 considerations:
We are at a closed door policy, which means the pet owner does not come in, only the pet. Payment is done by phone or through tap with our wireless machine. Employees are expected to thoroughly sanitize throughout the day.
**Education**:
- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
