- **About the Role**_
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, the **AV** **Systems Integrator **will be responsible for proficiency in the installations of audio/visual, access, CCTV and video conference, network, and control systems. The position requires the ability to configure and troubleshoot device and systems problems.

**Comparable Job Titles**_: Lead Installation Technician, Senior Installer, Lead AV Technician, or Senior Systems Technician._

**Schedule**:Day Shifts (Typical) | Overnight Shifts (Occasional) | On Call (Scheduled)

- Project Management:_
- Manage and oversee the execution of multiple technology integration projects, including home automation and commercial automation, from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Professional Installer Supervision:_
- Lead a team of professional installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure project success.
- Monitor and assess installer performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Quality Controls:_
- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all systems meet the highest quality and performance standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and rectify any issues.
- Configuration and Systems Integration:_
- Oversee the configuration and integration of various technologies, ensuring they work together seamlessly to meet the client's needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration challenges.
- Troubleshooting:_
- Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and post-installation phases.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Technical Support:_
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams to address technical inquiries and support requests.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance as needed to resolve issues promptly.

Perform other duties as assigned based upon business need.
- **About You**_
- 4+ years of proven experience in the installation and integration of home and commercial automation systems is required.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- 2+ years of leadership and team management experience is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed is required.
- L2 Police background check will be required.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Information Technology) or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Expeience interacting with contractors, trades, architects, and designers is preferred.
- Certifications in relevant automation technologies (e.g., CEDIA, Crestron, Control4) is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of automation technologies, including smart home devices, audio/video systems, lighting control, and security systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
