We are currently seeking a motivated and organized **Internal**Service**Coordinator**to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our service and sales department operations.

**Position**Summary:
The Internal Service Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between the service department and other internal departments (sales, parts, administration). This role is responsible for ensuring that internal repair orders are processed efficiently, warranty procedures are followed, and communication flows smoothly between teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all internal service work requests from sales and other departments
- Create, track, and close internal repair orders (ROs) accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all required documentation for warranty and internal work is properly completed and filed
- Communicate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of work
- Review and verify internal billing accuracy
- Maintain records of all internal work for audit and reporting purposes
- Inspect newly onboarded units for obvious cosmetic flaws.
- Assist in scheduling and prioritizing internal service work based on department needs

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a dealership service department preferred. Mechanical experience is an asset.
- Understanding of repair order processes, warranty procedures, and dealership operations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
- Experience with dealership DMS systems (e.g.,PBS) is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
