**Your Daily Tasks**:

- Greeting all walk-in customers with enthusiasm and urgency (great customer service is what our clients love about us)
- Helping customers make material selections, provide design advice, and purchase
- Working towards hitting sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Follow daily tasks provided by Showroom Manager
- Working alongside colleagues and cross-functionally between departments
- Overseeing Social Media platforms, content creation and engagement

**What You Bring to The Team**:

- A minimum of 3+ years of customer service
- A minimum of 3+ year of sales experience
- Experience in the tile industry and Social Media platforms are considered an asset
- Post-secondary education considered an asset
- Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills are required
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
- Customer-oriented and the ability to adapt and respond
- Deadline oriented, detailed, and highly organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$62,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON M6A 2W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
