**Job Summary**: As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. You will assist them in finding the perfect furniture pieces to meet their needs, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers as they enter the store.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance in selecting furniture and accessories.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to understand customer preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a presentable appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- Previous experience in sales is an asset but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
