**EMPLOYMENT STATUS**:Permanent Part-Time (21 hours weekly minimum - includes day, afternoon, and weekend shifts)

**WAGE RANGE**:$27.78 - $34.73/hr

**POSITION** **SUMMARY**:
Working in the main office of the County’s Long Term Care homes, this position provides general knowledge and clerical support to various departments, residents and community members within the homes.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum Grade 12 education. Post-secondary education in the field of office administration would be considered an asset. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe and database management.
- Knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment, such as scanner, fax machine, and photocopier.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to achieve positive outcomes.
- Current satisfactory criminal reference check.
