We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to work within the finance team in our head office in Vancouver. The Accounts Payable Clerk works with the Accounts Payable Supervisor to provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to ensure efficient and accurate data entry for the finance department. This role will have a specific focus on Field & Social.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Ensure all pre-approved invoices received are entered for processing into Quickbooks
- Ensure invoices are entered into CONCUR accurately
- Manage accounts payable inbox for Field & Social
- Reconcile vendor statements against accounting records
- Biweekly AP list payment processing, posting, and remittance issuing
- Prepare journal entry for monthly credit card reconciliation
- Proactively collaborate with restaurant managers and vendors to keep the system running smoothly
- Other duties as assigned from time-to-time by the Accounts Payable Supervisor

**SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Relevant education in finance or accounting is preferred
- With 1-2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable is preferred
- Highly organized and able to prioritize to hit deadlines
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, preferably Office 365
- Experience with SAP and QuickBooks is an asset
- Experience with CONCUR is an asset
