**Company Description**:
The On Premise Trade Marketing Manager is a national role that is responsible for creating and executing the On Premise Trade Marketing strategy across the On Premise sales channel. This position is the central point of contact and support for the entire On Premise organization, developing and implementing strategic tools that drive sales & enhance Red Bull standards in the On Premise universe. You are also the creator of the Trade Marketing strategy for National Accounts in close collaboration with the Key Account Marketing Manager. This role is crucial to differentiate ourselves from competition to “Look Like #1” while being a coach for the On Premise sales team, developing consumption-driving initiatives, and a creator and provider of impactful tools & concepts.
**STRATEGIST**
Create the trade marketing business plan for our On Premise sales universe including Key Accounts, in close alignment with Director, On Premise Marketing.
Lead the execution of our National Occasions Marketing strategy alongside the Brand team, with implementation into the field with activation toolkits built for On Premise.
**EXECUTOR**
Develop trade tools & POS creative based on insights and according to Red Bull brand & On Premise standards.
Work with external agencies and in close collaboration with our Brand Marketing team to support the national product and occasion strategy, with the goal to drive sales in On Premise.
Work with the Global team to customize trade tools, POS creative and On Premise programs for the Canadian market.
Own the product and POS strategy and implementation into the field for On Premise accounts, including Key Accounts.
Develop & implement tailored strategies for key customers that drive sales alongside the sales team.
**COACH, AMBASSADOR & MANAGER**
Be the first point of contact for trade related topics for our entire On Premise organization.
Develop and share best practices across the On Premise organization.
Provide accurate reporting for On Premise trade initiatives and Brand Occasions execution in the On Premise.
Application manager for Red Bull sales tools & POS.
Coach the teams in the trade on premium account execution, POS tools & On Premise Occasions Marketing strategy and standards.
Develop effective relationships with the entire On Premise team, Marketing team, Off Premise Sales team, and with other internal & external peers.
Lead and manage the relationships with our external agency partners.
**Qualifications**:
4+ years in trade marketing in a commercial environment, preferred in On Premise.
Strong grasp of marketing processes and trends a must.
Exceptional planning & project management experience.
Working previously with creative, experiential and/or production agencies is a big plus.
In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and trade.
Strong analytical skills with sales data knowledge.
Strong budget skills.
Strong collaborative communication & teamwork skills.
Innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong work ethic & self-motivated; must be able to work independently.
