**Position Summary**:
This exciting position available at NutraChamps will play an integral part of our supply chain team. As a leading nutrition brand, NutraChamps moves large volumes of products across its 80+ SKU catalog, and that means staying closely on top of inventory is critical. While we continue launching new products and growing our presence in the industry, we’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization to help take our supply chain department to the next level.
Reporting to our Supply Chain Manager, this administrative role will work alongside other key supply chain team members; tracking shipments, preparing reports, and analyzing data related to orders.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven individual with a hunger for success.
You'll be working alongside a dynamic team of talented and collaborative people who thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
- Monitor the status of shipments and ensure smooth shipping and receiving between locations.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, and order-related documents.
- Prepare accurate reports (closing inventory etc.) for accounting and management.
- Plan and track the shipment of finished products according to requirements.
- Request reimbursements from fulfillment centers for lost inventory when necessary.
- Supervise orders and arrange stocking of materials to ensure they meet needs.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, retailers, stakeholders, etc. to procure documents.
- Maintain all documents relating to supply chain processes and quality control in accordance with the company’s requirements.
- Processing order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1-year experience in supply chain/logistics.
- Ability to work independently and track multiple processes.
- Outstanding administrative, organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Fast-paced with the ability to work with time-sensitive deadlines.
- Strong Excel and Word software skills.
- Very detailed and technically oriented.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
- Eager to grow and learn, take on new challenges, and introduce and implement new approaches and ideas.

**Compensation**
- Salary: $45,000 annually
