The Communications Specialist II will provide support for the Business Readiness Program in relation to various aspects of the U.S. Utility Integration Program.
This is a fixed term position for about 20 months.

**What You Will Do**:
- Work closely with Manager of Business Readiness Program and UPACs (Utility Public Affairs and Communications) on updates to the Communication & Engagement Strategy (C&E Strategy,), providing / leading on content development as needed
- Support Business Readiness Program team through development of communications related to integration, including regular leadership and executive decks
- Refine, review and maintain communications standards, templates, and guidelines within the US Utility Integration Program
- Ensure consistent messaging across communications that are managed through the Program Communications Calendar. Participate in review cycles and lead communications roundtable.
- Track communication and engagement metrics for reporting by the Business Readiness Program - Project Management team around Stakeholder Engagement, identify and communicate potential risks and collaborate with members of the Integration team as needed to ensure timely solutions
- Supervise the effectiveness of communication efforts through stakeholder feedback and engagement metrics, developing, recommending and delivering on improvements
- Main point of contact to manage and provide support for communications from workstreams (guidance, consistency)
**Who You Are**:
- You possess a university degree and minimum of ten years or more of related experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience
- Minimum 6 or more years of directly related (communications or equivalent) experience, preferably in a large and sophisticated organization
- PROSCI Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) Designation, or Communications Management Professional (CMP) would be considered an asset
- Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies for transformational change programs or projects
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, positive, and trusting relationships with diverse partners
- Excellent writing, presentation and organizational skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office (Superior PowerPoint skills), SharePoint, Viva Engage and other communication tools and software
