Space Tea is a new fun and fast paced bubble tea and burger restaurant opening soon in Parsons Park South Edmonton. We believe in leadership meaning building trust and understanding within our team no matter what the position. We are looking for a bubble tea and Smash Burger enthusiast to join our team.

As a **Barista / Grill Cook**, you are driven by a sense of purpose. You must have experience. You are the team lead and an equal with your team. You can manage store operations to meet brand with standards and ensure exceptional customer service while creating a positive and fun environment.

**All Employees hired will go through initial basic training**. As a **Barista / Grill Cook**, your primary responsibilities will include the following:
**OPERATIONS**
- Assist in day-to-day operations which include (but not limited to) cooking, prepare and service food such as burgers and fries to customers.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the store.
- Assist in stock handling and stock check.
- Other duties as assigned by Store Manager.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**

MUST Have experience using Fryer & Grill
- High energy, enthusiastic team leader with a proven dedication to customer service.
- Proven leadership, interpersonal and team management skills. Ability to motivate others.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to move and clean throughout the store.
- Capacity to stand for long periods.

**AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS**
- Availability to meet the needs of the business that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
- 30 hours per week: including evenings and weekends. Some holidays if required.

**Job Types**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
