**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay**: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
**Expected Hours**: 30 - 40 per week
**Schedule**: Weekends as needed

Our unique approach integrates personalized learning plans with engaging programs like **chess**, **TEDxYouth public speaking, and Model UN debate**, equipping students with the skills they need for academic and personal success.

We are seeking a **Learning Center Manager** to lead and oversee all aspects of our center’s operations, including **curriculum management, staff development, customer engagement, and business growth**. This role requires a **passionate, results-driven** **leader** who thrives in an educational environment and is dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Center Operations & Educational Leadership**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient center performance.
- Manage curriculum and programming, including student learning plans and progress monitoring.
- Administer assessments, identify student learning gaps, and facilitate customized learning plans.
- Ensure students receive high-quality instruction and achieve academic success.
- Handle all administrative duties, including scheduling, billing, and center management software.

**2. Sales, Customer Service & Relationship Building**
- Drive student enrollment by effectively communicating the value of the Mathnasium program.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and potential clients to foster long-term engagement.
- Handle inquiries, conduct assessments, and oversee enrollment and parent conferences.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.

**3. Staff Leadership & Talent Development**
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong instructional team.
- Conduct staff meetings, training workshops, and performance evaluations to maintain instructional consistency.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating and mentoring staff to maintain high engagement.
- Manage staffing and scheduling to maximize efficiency and ensure optimal student support.

**4. Business Growth & Center Performance**
- Take accountability for center performance, profitability, and success in lead conversion.
- Track key performance indicators and contribute to strategic business goals.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with teachers, educational specialists, parent-teacher organizations, and community contacts.
- Ensure the center’s exterior and interior provide a welcoming and professional learning environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor's Degree** with a focus on education is preferred.
- **Experience in supplemental education, tutoring, or learning center management** is an asset.
- Strong **leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills** with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Passion for **helping students succeed academically** and making a difference in their learning journey.
- Excellent **verbal communication and interpersonal skills** to build relationships with clients and staff.
- **Customer-focused mindset** with a strong ability to handle inquiries, address concerns, and retain students.
- Ability to **motivate, train, and lead** a team effectively.
- **Communication in Chinese is preferred** to better serve our diverse community.
