**Client Service Specialist**

**Viscofan Canada**

**The Company**: Viscofan Canada is part of the International Viscofan Group which is the world leader in casings for meat products with distribution in more than 100 countries around the world. Casings are an essential ingredient for the food sector when producing sausages, frozen meat and other foods.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hard working and driven individual able to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Fluently bilingual in French and English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and customers under pressure
- Intermediate MS Office Skills
- Positive & Professional Attitude with a strong ability to work within a team
- 2 years customer service experience in B2B
- Organizational / Analytical skills
- Taking initiative to bring about positive results/Ownership

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain strong Customer Relationships
- Processing Customer, Sales and Purchase Orders
- Analyzing Customer Data
- Analysis & Coordination of inventory between warehouses
- Create & Manage customer inventory reports
- Reviewing customer’s stock intake and stock replenishment
- Reconcile purchase orders against supplier list
- Support Sales Technicians requests

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years in a B2B environment

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
