**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate seamless document control procedures to ensure efficient organization and accessibility of critical documents.
- Provide invaluable support in contract administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
- Contribute to the meticulous preparation of tender analysis, leveraging keen analytical skills to optimize decision-making processes.
- Methodically review Procore deficiencies, implementing updates as necessary to maintain up-to-date project records and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Spearhead Procore Request for Information (RFI) and submittal coordination efforts, fostering clear communication channels and expediting project progress.
- Conduct thorough observations of site operations, offering valuable insights to enhance productivity and safety protocols.
- Actively participate in meetings as necessary, fostering collaboration and facilitating informed decision-making to drive project success.

**About You**
- You are enrolled in a degree or diploma in a relevant field
- You pride yourself on your attention to detail and ability to think proactively on issues
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have a desire and willingness to gain experience in a fast-paced and growing work environment
- You are interested in Construction and Construction management
- You want an opportunity to gain applied practice of technological solutions to support design & construction
