We are looking for an energetic Corporate Management Trainee with sales and management skills, and strong work ethic who is interested in starting a career at Guillevin International.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- The training consists of warehouse operations, administrative duties, sales and management
- Develop relationships with key operations vendors
- Work closely with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems
- Know and understand all our system functionalities
- Reflect the core values of the profit center and the company by acting and managing in a professional and ethical manner, in accordance with our Company’s Policies and Procedures
- Engage in continued personal and professional development, and inspire employees to follow suit
- Play a key role in our annual inventory and reconciliation
- Manage inventory adjustments throughout the year
- Process monthly ship and debit rebates
- Support and train the team in all system and operational functions
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and vendor trainings

**Requirements**:

- Ability to build relationships among managers, employees, and partners
- Excellent communication skills
- Some understanding of financial management
- Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge
- Dependable, organized and deadline oriented
- High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Stress tolerance

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
