Management Trainee

Suds Hamilton is looking for someone to join their management trainee program, to learn the management ropes and get the on-the-job experience necessary to take over a manager or assistant manager position.
**Objective**:
Phase 1: To work through certification training programs understanding company objectives through policies and our procedures.
Phase 2: Take on roll as assistant manager trainee while training on the assistant and manager certification manuals.
Phase 3: Conclude training and determine fit.
**Agenda**:
PHASE 1: 6 months - $22.00 - $25.00
- Exclusive training with store manager.
- 3 month review.
- 5.5 month review.
PHASE 2: 3 months
- Work alongside store manager as assistant in training. Store manager will have a clear definition of what trainee will be responsible for and how he reports.
- 2.5 month review.
PHASE 3: 1+ month
- Work alongside store manager performing managerial tasks.
- Management Offering* - To be determined based on feedback and performance reviews from management team. Wage to be determined.
*Management offering defined as: Store manager or assistant manager position given availability.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
