MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage, enhance, and champion the marketing plan each year to support key priorities.-
- Manage and provide recommendations on various marketing initiatives and strategies and manage and coordinate programs and campaigns, budget, timelines, objectives, impact and scope.- Orchestrate the marketing mix and marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, opportunity, and loyalty.- Act as an internal and external champion, provide expertise to drive the cross functional development, implementation, and evaluation of stand-alone and multi-channel marketing campaigns that are targeted, tracked and measured to deliver optimum performance and business building results.- Elevate brand visibility and reach through content and campaigns while maximizing website reach and online presence.- Maintain a network of internal and external contacts to regularly benchmark and remain current on future trends and developments related to market standards, industry practices, legislation, guidelines, new technologies, and programs related to marketing and branding.- Ideate, develop and write client-centric content e.g. blogs, infographics, social media posts, digital ads.- Responsible for employee oversight including the monitoring of individual performance results to ensure goals for the broader portfolio are met and support continual personal and professional development of team members.- Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing collateral is supporting and enhancing the sales approach and customer experience.- Ensure all materials adhere to corporate brand standards, and legal and regulatory requirements.- Evaluate return on investment of marketing tactics, campaigns and channels.- Leverage marketing automation to nurture leads and maintain database integrity.- Analyze campaign performance (KPIs/ROI) to optimize tactics and achieve business goals.- Contribute to a collaborative team focused on innovation and results.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- University degree or College diploma in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related field.- Minimum 3 years of relevant B2B and B2C work experience in marketing, marketing communications and/or digital communications.- Supervisory experience considered an asset.- Experience developing strategies that support lead growth and pipeline development for B2B or B2C markets.- Strong computer skills; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products, Google suite, Salesforce, and Adobe suite preferred.- English essential, both oral and written; Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset- Knowledge of the energy and/or engineering sector is considered an asset.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Valid class G driver’s license

This is a management group opportunity and salary will be commensurate with qualifications.

Pay Range Minimum:
$89,420.99

Pay Range Maximum:
$134,130.81
