**Summary**

Looking to fill all shifts - days, afternoons and nights.

The Quality Technician ensures that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the customer specifications and quality management system. The individual utilize inspection equipment and methodologies to verify conformance of HPG product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visual inspection of HPG customer products
- Follow strict inspection protocol in performing inspection
- Analyze data to ensure conformance of parts to design intent, dimensional requirements, blue prints and other specifications
- Communicate inspections results to other departments within the company
- Calibration of measuring equipment
- Final product packaging
- Provide training to new employees as required
- Disposition non-conforming material updating NCMR systems
- Perform mechanical first off/final inspections
- Perform other tasks within the department as required

**Work Conditions**
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
- Overtime as required

**Requirements**:

- One year of related experience preferred.
- Ability to take precise measurements using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
