We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and growth-oriented executive with demonstrated success in rapidly scaling technology businesses at the regional level. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the SVP of Commercial will drive our new logo strategy to facilitate increased revenue in North America.

**Primary responsibilities**:

- Actively contributes to the creation and execution of Trackunit’s sales development strategy by helping to drive customer’s digital transformation.
- Build a best-in-class sales development team through attracting, coaching, and retaining top talent.
- Proactively foster trusted relationships and serve as a strategic partner to customers.
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success executive counterparts to ensure end-to-end cross-team success and customer-centricity.
- Manage and grow a team of seasoned sales executives driving new logo revenue, as well as key account executives developing existing accounts, in a multi-level structure and geographically disbursed territories.

**Who are you?**
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
- MBA strongly preferred.
- Proven success in serial attainment of sales quotas across SMB, enterprise and large multi-national strategic accounts.
- Previous experience in telematics, SaaS or other technology industries.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to create an environment that empowers individuals to drive the business forward with a coaching mindset.
- Sophisticated networking skills, able to build relationships with diverse personalities across organizations, at all levels.
