**About the Position**:
Are you hands-on, resourceful, and detail-oriented? **Accent Impression**, a well-established printing company in Montreal, is looking for a **Versatile Finishing Assistant** to join its bindery workshop. You’ll play a key role in the finishing process of our printed products. If you enjoy physical work, handling paper, and have a good eye for quality, we want to meet you

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with cutting, folding, binding, laminating, and other manual finishing tasks
- Count, inspect, and package products coming off machines (folders, gluers, cutters)
- Strip sheets coming off the cutter
- Prepare materials needed for different production stages
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure fast turnaround and top-quality results
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Work efficiently, precisely, and with care

**Profile Sought**:

- Experience in production or workshop environments, ideally in printing or binding (an asset)
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Reliable, autonomous, and fast-paced worker
- Flexible and able to adapt to shifting production priorities
