Summary of Key Responsibilities:

- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and the brand of La Diperie
- Maintains a calm performance during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard.
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
- Delivers superb customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
- Develops positive relationships with the team.
- Can manage a small team without supervision.
- Follows the standard operational procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Provides the best knowledge of our products to all customers, including ingredients, and pay special attention to customers with food allergies.
- Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Follow the rules and quality standards to bake and prepare fresh pastries in store.

Job is part-time and seasonal

**Job Types**: Seasonal, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour
