**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist walk-in customers with selecting parts and completing purchases.
- Respond to phone and online inquiries, including preparing and fulfilling orders.
- Keep the store and warehouse organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Receive deliveries, restock shelves, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Handle cash and card transactions at the till with accuracy.
- Prepare products for pickup or shipping as needed.
- Support store activities like promotions, displays, and seasonal organization.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary (training provided).
- Communicate any low stock, order issues, or customer concerns to the owners.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in retail, warehouse, or sales settings is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage daily tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using a POS system and handling transactions.
- Willingness to learn about automotive parts and product catalogues.
- Reliable, punctual, and takes initiative.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
