**About this opportunity**

This role will be primarily home based, but will require travel to larger clinic offices in Victoria, Vancouver, Surrey or Chilliwack.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Plan and lead full life cycle recruiting for roles including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, psychologists, speech language pathologists, administrators and other professionals
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process
- Identify hard-to-fill roles and develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract new talent
- Provide hiring managers with regular weekly status updates on hiring progress and adjust the strategy as required
- Identify, share and implement best practices and trends in talent acquisition
- Provide regular reporting and metrics to all appropriate stakeholders
- Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI as an employer of choice online and all appropriate forums/events

**What you need to be successful**
- A university degree is required
- An HR designation is considered an asset
- Experience in Healthcare is preferred
- 5+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment
- The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
- A collaborative approach - a strong team player
- Proven organization, communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to network in person and online
- A superior focus on the details, proactive and tech savvy approach
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft products and recruitment technologies
